Tacos were tiny and barely any meat. Taco shells were so hard but supposed to be soft. Rice was terrible. Nothing was fresh. So expensive for what we ordered.

Didn't realize they use beef tallow to fry tortilla chips in. Very greasy, bad flavor. Bad service. Poor bar knowledge. Would not recommend.

Dos Arboles, an upscale Mexican restaurant in Frankfort, offers a delightful dining experience with stunning views across the street from Betsy Lake. They provide seating options both indoors and outdoors, as well as at the bar. Charlie, the bartender, is known for his friendly and welcoming demeanor. The menu boasts exceptional dishes that are handmade, unlike many establishments that rely on pre-made, microwaved options. The service was prompt and efficient. It is a wonderful spot for lunch. Highly reccomend Dos Arboles and I am certainly looking forward to returning.

Had a great time sitting at the bar and cooling off with some happy hour margaritas. The bartenders were hilarious and fun to talk with. Will definitely return next time we're in Frankfort.

Ordered two tacos for an entree. They were made with small appetizer-size soft tortillas (about 3”). This was more tapas than dinner. A smidge of kale slaw and some chewy yellowish (but plain) rice. Dull. But the really annoying part was the margarita. I once lost some bottled lime juice in the fridge for a really long time. It developed a brownish sediment and a weird off taste, such that you couldn’t even tell it was lime juice. That’s what the margarita tasted like. I do not recommend the food nor drink.
Our server was very nice and did a great job.

Happy hour prices are fantastic, but the tacos were average. Not much flavor (needs more seasoning). Service and atmosphere are exceptional.

Tried this place out for dinner last night! It was absolutely amazing! Noah was a great server and went over and beyond! The views are incredible from the seating outside! Tried the chicken tacos, queso, taco salad and Islay Margarita! Everything was awesome! Try this place out! We will definitely be back!
Our server, Noah & Dan went above and beyond normal great service! Come on by, sit on the patio if the weather allows. You will love it here!
