There's not much atmosphere because it's an outdoor ice cream shop. You don't go there for the atmosphere. You go there for the ice cream, & their ice cream is delicious! There's nothing like their caramel apple sundae. Get one. You won't be disappointed. Their other ice cream is good too, and their service is fast & friendly.
