The food was great however are cheese sticks did come out cold but the manager was quick to replace them and get them taken care of it was just the server not being very present we saw the manager more than we saw her the manager was very pleasant she definitely made me score the atmosphere higher because of it

Came in the other day with my boyfriend for a quick meal. Had Jessica as our server. She was super friendly and the service was great. It was just like catching up with an old friend. We will definitely be back and hope to have her as our waitress again.

We had a great experience at Big Boy's! Our server, Jessica, was absolutely outstanding. She was very polite, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a smile and provided excellent customer service throughout our entire meal. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.
