A very small place, but what a diamond! You know it is going to be good when you smell it as you park. The menu is small, but what they do, they do with excellence. Try the brisket: juicy, flavorful, and tender. You really can't go wrong with any choice.
Real smoked meats! Not trying to cover up the lack of time smoked with a crap load of seasoning like some of the others in the area. Got the Texas Platter, and not disappointed. The brisket, even when cold, is juicy and tender with a great smoked flavor. Same with the pulled pork. Not sure if there is jalapeño in the smoked Mac, but its good. Over all, I found my new go to for bbq since LBZ closed.
I just ate part of my meal from here. The baked beans were sweet but they were good. My first time ever having smoked Mac & cheese. I kinda liked it. The texture of the ribs were excellent 👌. I think it needs more seasoning tho....met the actual owner; he pretty cool. I appreciate the great service today.
