The shop I work for hired the food truck for a catered lunch and the food was as good as the pictures make it look. The guys in the truck were great and very friendly. I'm definitely going to be headed to the restaurant so I can see what they can do with a proper kitchen.
A very small place, but what a diamond! You know it is going to be good when you smell it as you park. The menu is small, but what they do, they do with excellence. Try the brisket: juicy, flavorful, and tender. You really can't go wrong with any choice.
Real smoked meats! Not trying to cover up the lack of time smoked with a crap load of seasoning like some of the others in the area. Got the Texas Platter, and not disappointed. The brisket, even when cold, is juicy and tender with a great smoked flavor. Same with the pulled pork. Not sure if there is jalapeño in the smoked Mac, but its good. Over all, I found my new go to for bbq since LBZ closed.
