Love coming here! The donuts are always good, and so is the coffee, but the customer service? Ugh, yeah, that's pretty bad. At least show some energy and put a smile on people's faces or something. I tell these guys, “Have a great day!” and get no response. They also seem to have such a hard time taking a simple order.

Management needs to do a better job of selecting candidates with strong communication skills and a focus on customer...

Your employees are awesome. The owners of this establishment certainly Don't deserve them. My point is there needs to be more involvement to the needs of your employees and the condition of your establishment.
