“The last several times we’ve gotten pizza there, which is every other Saturday, we always get the same one the stuffed crust pepperoni. The reason we get that one is because it seems to be the one that has been the most consistent for us. It has just enough sauce, I order it made fresh, and I get it fresh. I think my biggest issue sometimes is the way in the drive-through because they’re so busy in there. Nobody has the time to get to it.”

“Ordered through app. (First time user). food was delayed for 2 easy items. Quesidilla and potatoes side. The quesidilla was poorly made and the tortilla stuck to the paper and it was placed in the bag on the side so it slid into a pile. Simple and correctable actions”

“I was really pleased by Ryan's customer service yesterday. (2/11/22) Really helpful, polite, kind, caring, hard working, and paid attention to making the subs right. She was all alone working but she tried her best to make my visit nice and to make it quick. Over all a great visit in Grayling, MI. Subway's around the Lansing Area sucks.”

What is a biggie is the Diet Coke is consistently horrible, you seriously need to fix that, your syrup ratio is way to light leaving drinks tasting like carbonated water 🤮Please fix, I don’t have this issue at other Wendy’s.”
