I was really pleased by Ryan's customer service yesterday. (2/11/22) Really helpful, polite, kind, caring, hard working, and paid attention to making the subs right. She was all alone working but she tried her best to make my visit nice and to make it quick. Over all a great visit in Grayling, MI. Subway's around the Lansing Area sucks.

I just want Subway in Grayling, Michigan to know that the young lady working by herself on Labor Day 2026 was awesome! Despite working alone all day she was cheerful and professional. She needs a raise!
