“Charming little family restaurant in Freeland. As my son and I ate an early dinner, we heard the regulars talking to the waitresses and they were all on a first name basis. The food was good! My kiddo loved the peanut butter pie and also enjoyed watching the pet squirrel eating corn outside. Our waitress was attentive and nice. Recommend.“

“I love this place, they make me feel so special, so nice and comforting. Frank makes me thee best salad ever, and Zoje is so comforting. Their daughter is so Pleasant and inviting, and then their sons, so polite! This restaurant is so family oriented I just love coming here I feel like it’s it’s my home way from home. “Went with family, server was amazing and on point. Ordered the "new" fish and chips and and first thing I thought when it was brought out was fast food fish Patty's!!!If your a fish and chips person you know what it should look like and have that expectation as such. With that said it didn't taste bad but it wasn't anything to brag about either. Daughter got the MacNcheese kids meal and it was as expected for a kids meal. Son got a burger and he liked it but not his favorite . But the real winner was the loaded nachos! Huge, flavors on point would get again!In general, would return but for the prices restaurants are charging now days wouldn't be my first choice“

“I ordered the Country Fried Steak Plate it is a smaller serving which was the perfect size for me. The steak was tender and seasoned very well it also came with mashed potatoes and gravy, and seasoned green beans (not spicy) I only left a little bit of the potatoes, I was too full to finish. My server was excellent very friendly I wish I could remember her name that's the only bad thing about my visit and if I'm back in Midland I would go again.“
