Stopped by at this location for a quick lunch on my break and the service did not disappoint! All the staff were friendly, and I was in and out quickly. I was also impressed with how clean this location was! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
I normally tip well and have no issue rewarding good service. My issue is being asked to leave a tip before I’ve even received my food 🤨 I understand the software may prompt it automatically, but businesses can choose how those prompts are presented. Asking for a tip before any service has been provided feels backwards and puts customers in an awkward position. Give people the opportunity to experience the food and service first, then ask for a tip. The food was average,...
After work I was tired and exhausted. So I decided to swing by the drive thru it was close to closing. But I was greeted by a nice fellow by the name of Justin, his customer service was great felt bad for coming close to closing. So I just whatever he recommended I appreciate the service I received. Thanks a bunch make sure he knows it.
