The new guy I was told as his female team member stopped to thank me for my patience (because I had already been standing waiting in an empty dining area for my order for awhile). She explained he was new and working on my order after she moved it from the working line to his half stocked line on her way out to have a smoke/vape (Yes I saw). None of the above would have bothered me until I saw that. After he found the stuff he needed for the line my food...
It's fast food so can't really say much more about the food. I think the rest of Fremonts fast food establishments should take notes on customer service from the employees here. Every time we've stopped, we've been greeted with a smile.
I went to this establishment and they were literally minutes from closing on 1/17/2025 and this young woman named Samantha D. Took the time to take pity on a desperate pregnant woman with a terrible craving and went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied and she was exceptionally kind. Definitely needs to be more people like her in customer service because she made my whole night. Definitely coming back here :)
