I ordered the burrito supreme and it was excellent- great flavor. I highly recommend this taco truck!

My husband and I have seen the Pruebelo's food truck in town now for awhile and thought we would give it a shot! When I went to order, I noticed it was very clean around the truck. Peaking inside, it was visibly clean in there as well. Always a good sign! There was an older and younger pair of gentlemen working. Sitting on the library steps; a small family waiting for their meal. I ordered the nachos for my husband and I to share thinking it would be big enough for 2 people since the cost was $12. I also ordered 2 root beers. The older gentleman later informed me that the root beer was Brix; made and distributed from Grand Rapids, MI. I was very excited to have a local soda. The wait was a bit much. The family in front of me was already waiting when I had arrived and waited another 12 minutes before they got their food. I waited 28 minutes in total. The good thing is that they seem to pride themselves on their freshness (which I definitely tasted in our meal), no chemical tenderizers, MSG or fillers, and lean ground beef with no antibiotics or hormones. I can appreciate that! However, the wait for a food truck added with the cost of a meal for such a small portion doesn't match. One could say it's worth it to have the option in our small town with very few places to grab a bite. The fresh taste was very nice but the overall taste was bland and lacking. The $2 sodas are in a 1 size option and very small (however the most flavorful part of the meal

I was really excited to try the burritos at the Plane Watch Food Park. However, no so good. I ordered a beef and cheese wet burrito. The meat was alright. Tasted of garlic and onions. But so much cheese and it wasn't even melted. Just clumpy shredded cheese. As for the burrito sauce, it tasted like generic red pasta sauce. There were no Mexican seasonings. So when you ate a bite of the wet burrito, you got this weird Italian taste. Not what I was expecting at all. Very disappointed.

While the food and service here are good, they have added too many extra charges. They now charge for the basket of chips and salsa they bring out when you are seated. If you want sour cream or guacamole with your burrito that's an extra charge. The food itself was good. The burrito was freshly made and well presented and tasty. Once again, if you want a wet burrito instead of dry, that's an extra charge also. I'm not sure what they are trying to do here but they were not busy on a Friday night. With the number of good Mexican restaurants in the area this one is headed in the wrong direction.

Went here with my family for dinner. Arrived around 7 pm, and there was nobody in the restaurant. Waitress was pretty attentive, but again, we were the only customers. Tortilla chips were good, but it was downhill from there. Salsa was bland and flavorless, tasted like just cut up tomatoes. No seasoning, or flavor at all. I ordered a burrito, and the red burrito sauce tasted like they opened a can of tomato sauce to put on it. Again, no seasoning, or flavor. My wife ordered fajitas, and they came out with very little meat, and the tortillas were stuck together and tore trying to get them apart. By the time we left, no other customers had come in the restaurant. I gu as that shoulda been a clue. The price was way more than it shoulda been also.

Chips and salsa are amazing and probably the best I have ever had! The food is made fresh and you can taste it. My entire family always enjoys our meals here.
