I placed a mobile order that went to a different location so while in the drive thru I was going to cancel and hit “order again” with the new location. This would have taken me like 30 seconds and there was no other cars in the drive thru. A guy claiming to be a supervisor then got on the speaker and told me to leave his line immediately because I was messing up his timer and if I didn’t he would call the cops on me. I’ve never been talked to like that as a customer. The supervisor had anger issues and was more worried about his timer than serving a customers food.

I visit this location more often than any other in the area. The food is usually great, the AM Staff is usually very nice or at the least not rude. Sometimes I visit this location multiple times a day. Last night however, on 7.6.2025 I was profiled by a police officer while sitting in the parking lot and watching some YouTube videos as I enjoyed my food who proceeded to follow me out of the parking lot and tailgated me all the way up to the Airline Hwy/Sternberg intersection. I spend way too much money at this location specifically to get the cops called on me just sitting in the parking lot enjoying the food that I paid for while I watch the geese and ducks in the pond nearby. It’s a nice scene but I don’t appreciate having the police called to profile/harass me as a paying customer sitting in the parking lot. I work right behind the Apple Ave Taco Bell and I literally go out of my way to come to this one on Blueberry Ln by the Lakes Mall but it’s looking like I might have to take my business to the one on Apple Ave from now on.

Ya know its pretty hard to justify spending 20$ on breakfast when a simple order can't be followed through. Bought 1 bacon crunchwrap meal and 2 bacon crunchwraps on the side. Asked for extra sauce on two and the meal be regular. So they fill the regular meal with extra sauce and don't put any on the two that are suppose to have extra after paying a additional 1.20$ for the extra sauce. Then they forgot the Cinnabons for the meal. 10/10 for incompetence in completing a simple meal order.
