I wish Panera would have set up their restaurants to be more similar with each other. The flow of this particular one was not very intuitive and there were limited signs to direct traffic flow.

I often go here for bagels in the morning. I love to get an asiago cheese bagel. Often they are cut very wonky, I will ask for one to be toasted and the other not to have them both come out toasted. It is inconsistent each time I go.

Horrible first experience. No suggestions or help with the menu. No help once our buzzer went off, just an attitude from every employee. Then the food tasted literally like dirty dish water. I would never recommend this Panera Bread location.

The food was good, but I wasn’t impressed with it. This restaurant always seems to mess up our order, and it used to be better. I’m also really curious why rapid pickup orders are not put on the specific shelf for rapid pickup? I once walked in after I was texted that my order was “ready” and my order was not on the shelf. I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited 20 minutes before walking back to the food counter and saw 4-5 bags sitting back there, my order included. There were others that experienced the same thing while I was there.It would be nice if things were done a little more efficiently. I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but recently my experiences have gone downhill. It is a convenient location and I would love to give it another chance!

Staff not knowledgeable about menu. Bakery items must have been sitting out all day, muffins were hard. Discrepancy between what you can order on line versus what you can order in store. If you’re able to order it on line and pick up, what can’t you order the same thing in person? Less food for more price. Very disappointing visit.

11am on a Saturday and not a single bagel in the place. The workers just shrugged it off. Ordered one small $7 smoothie instead and it took over 10min to make with no one else waiting and was not just disappointing but straight up not good.
