Stopped in for lunch and was able to sit outside in the beer garden. It as perfect. The chia Martin’s was awesome as well as the food. Can’t go wrong stopping here for good food and great variety of drinks.

Went for and early dinner, they werent super busy. Waited 15 minutes for our server come take our order. He took our order and we waited over 30 minutes for our drinks to come. The table next to us had to go inside to get the server and he never checked on us. We didn't see him after that.

The place has potential to be great with the atmosphere and outdoor area but the food was just soooo pitiful and wayyy overpriced. And they are way understaffed so hopefully they can fix these issues.

I had the tour of the facility, and it was a very nice one. The staff and owners are insanely attentive and nice. They like to talk to you in a respectful manner which really helps add to the experience.

As for the drinks, I'm not much of a drinker or even like much beer, but this stuff is good. I really liked the sampler of Beer we had, it was a good batch. I'm not much of hard liquor person so I cannot comment on that.

The food was spectacular. I had the Triple B burger. I love, love, love BBQ sauce on my burger. The patties tasted really good even without anything extra. The burger was excellent and by itself is a 5 star burger. The boom bread is very nice and fluffy.

I recommend this place, if you're in thr area for vacation or looking for a nice place to eat. Big plus for the establishments care for teachers, active military, and veterans.

Overall had a great time. Went out with another couple and not a single person had anything negative! Our server (can’t recall his name) was great. Quick to banter back and forth with! Was a really good time. I had the Blackened burger. Typically I change up the toppings but this time I went with it. And it tasted amazing. Had a manhattan with their Rye and walked out with a bottle. Highly recommend it for a night out.

The owner was very friendly and informative. I had a mule with bourbon inplace of vodka. Delicious. My husband had a beer and it was very smooth and flavorful.

Super nice and knowledgeable staff! Ben was able to explain how they make the different whiskeys to me and make an AMAZING honey rose old fashioned!

Amazing! On this beautiful March evening after my sons school conferences, I stopped in and was able to get a cold beverage and a hot meal that was delightful! I was greeted with a smile and the service was fantastic. The beer garden was clean, with lots of seating and had a great atmosphere! The server even offered recommendations of what to order when I asked about menu items. Great place! Highly recommend. ? ?????

Their custom-crafted mixed drinks, using their on-site distilled spirits, are worth the trip to Galesburg. Their pizza is one of the best I have tasted in the area. They also have locally sourced wine and beer. Gull Lake Distilling Company is a great place for dinner or a time to unwind with your friends! We'll be back!

I’ve been here multiple times and every time i come i feel like family. Service is always top tier and drinks are even better. Amazing place to check out in a small town!
