worst McDonald's in the greater Kalamazoo area. Service is horrible, the food is prepared poorly, and never made right either. biscuits aren't supposed to be crunchy, and I've received undercooked beef more than once. I hate that there are really no good options for food here outside of Pizza King
Sitting in drive thru for over 6 minutes without getting order at least taken . Only one truck trying to order at same time . They also didn’t get their order taken promptly .
Just had my fiancé go to this Mcdonald’s to get a slushee and fries for my son, the guy at the drive through sounded drunk and acted like it was a joke that my fiancé wanted his order repeated back to him to make sure he got everything. Second, our medium slushee for my son was half full in a broken cup leaking everywhere. Third, our fries were old and soggy and cold. Way to disappoint a child. Definitely do not recommend this place. Not worth even going back to fix our order.
