Picking up a door dash, waited an extra 10 Mins for them to get my order. Two black Men were running around getting orders together (actually working) and one employee I can see is just playing on there phone. Notice the picture I took for proof, this person should be fired. The other two were good. It was around 5pm on Thursday.

Not a good place to eat. Went in on my lunch break to get some food and the food was cold and the staff there was very bad. Usually arbys is a good place for a sit down quick meal,but this one wasn't.

Just left the drive through at 6:35pm ish on sunday august 3rd. Young man at the drive through did a very effecient job taking my order and getting my food and was very professional. Give this man a raise please. we need more food service workers like this.

The food is always well prepared at this particular Arby's, and the staff is always pleasant. I'm writing to leave a comment particularly for today, July 7, 2025. It was around 6:30 pm when I went inside to pick up an order I had placed via the Arby's app. I have to be honest, I've never seen the place this busy before. Drive -thru line was long, most parking spots filled, and a large crowd in front of the counter. Everybody in the back worked steadily, and the young woman dealing with all of us in front of the counter was doing her best to move quickly, while retaining her courtesy and composure. It was indeed an overwhelming situation. I wish I had gotten her name! I just wanted to give her and the others there working hard some credit. People are always quick to acknowledge the mistakes (and I understand that), it's just easy to forget when others are actually trying their best to make sure things come out right.

i’m doordashing right now, it’s 5:54 pm on june 28th, the girl working the counter inside with two braids, idk her name, but she deserves A RAISE!! girllll she is so nice. i’m watching her take these peoples orders and she’s actively listening and so thoughtful and sweet, i hope she sees this because she’s so amazing!!!!

The last two times I have ordered from this location my food has been wrong. The first time I ordered the half pound sandwich and received a double. The second time I ordered the sweet quarter pound brisket sandwich and there was no sauce on it or with it. Both times I would have taken the food back, but I was on my lunch break at work and wouldn't have had time to eat if I did.

Ordered the French Dip and Swiss. When I got home I did not get the Au Jus dipping juice, even though I was charged for it.
Christina was my server. She never said please or thank you; and didn't made eye contact.
She acted like she was working there at gunpoint.
