was excited to go to A&W since I haven’t been to one in years. I now understand why the once thriving food chain is now suffering. Ordered a child’s cheeseburger meal for 1099 which came with a pack of fruit snacks, french fries and cheeseburger no toy and the melt came in a regular adult glass. Highly dissatisfied.

The drive thru window is on the passenger side of the vehicle, always. The employee always comes out to the customer with the food and to receive the payment. Not on this particular day, the employee suggested that I get out of my car and walk around to the drive thru window and pay. Didn't recognize this employee but after a long day, if I'm not already inside, if I'm at the drive thru, that means and is implied and understood, that I'm not getting out to pay or receive my food. If there was a reason given maybe it wouldn't have as off putting as it was in that moment. Do better A&W.

I love the food here but when they did not get the order right we went inside just to ask for what we ordered and they were so rude even laughing at us. It was extremely uncomfortable.
