No complaints about food or the service, usually no issue with those. My problem is the visual experience when getting my food. I've stopped to get food hwre a lot over the year's, often I'm sitting at the passenger side drive-thru window waiting, just feet away is the employee entrance, you will have the same guy or several kitchen employees standing outside smoking, literally 5 feet from your vehicle, it's unpleasant and awkward to wait for food with someone smoking right next to you. Last time I was there, 3 employees were standing there, and the pregnant girl walking food out was wearing croc shoes, no socks, is that sanitary? They finally had the property's landscaping cut down a little, it was several feet high with weeds all over the property, just seems like nobody cares, Garden City is on a decline, it's no secret. So long time businesses like this should be putting in more effort, if you don't care what we see, you won't care what you serve, I've seen enough to not go back.

Good food. It was my first time going in years, and the prices have increased a lot. $9+ for a kids' meal is crazy. The root beer float was amazing, the burger was good, and the chilicheese fries too! The drive-through is a little backward, but the customer service was nice.
Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, wasn't cooked completely had spots that were still raw. Didn't want to go back threw food in trash.

Great Customer Service Experience! The customer service at A&W is consistently excellent. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with friendly staff who are quick, efficient, It’s refreshing to see such consistent and fast service, you can tell they care about their customers. Keep up the great work!
