Food was an absolute ZERO!!! Both Cheese burgers were dry, the meat was crispy hard and cold the cheese wasn't even melted!! Both onion rings were soggy and barely warm! Disgusting nasty food can't believe they would serve that nasty soggy onion rings and dried up cheeseburgers to anyone. And I was craving Burger King that day because it had been a year since I've had it now I know I can live without it. Never returning back here!!!!

Manager on duty, was very rude, when we got are order things where missing and went tell them manager upset that we told them while my family was the table checking the rest of the order they also for the onion rings, when they gave them to us the manager replied rudely ( anything else). Then while we are in the dinning eating she back there yelling and cussing at the line workers. Well not be coming back again. Or anyone else come to this location.

Horrible customer service. Forgot some items and sauce. Tried to charge us for sauce that was included in the order when we went back for forgotten items. Food was cold and had too much mayo on both items. So much that I had to scrape off. My husband was treated poorly by cashier when he went back for forgotten items even though he had receipt. Do not go to this place. It sucks!

Great service at counter and fast service, food came up super fast. Fries were a bit salty is only complaint as I have to watch salt levels. Lobby neat and abundant parking. Only wonder why handicap parking is closer to drive through area than entry door.

Self-service kiosk would not print receipt. They would not give me one. The wait was horrid. We waited 30 minutes. The manager's attitude was very indifferent. Long line of people waiting for food. Our food was cold when we finally got it.

I can't speak to the atmosphere of the restaurant because I went through the drive-thru.

Pull up to the drive-thru, give my order had to repeat myself no big deal. Got to the first window handed the wrong sauces. Still no big deal. Told to pull forward for my order because they had to make some fresh cuz they didn't have any and that's fine. No big deal We love fresh food and we appreciate the service.

We got home we're missing part of our order, kind of on us for not checking but also your job to put it in the bag so 50/50 on that one.

But the food we waited for was not hot? So I don't know if they had part of the order and only made some of it. But it wasn't hot. We live two blocks down and two blocks over.

I call, polite as I can be because I worked in food service a long time and I know that things happen. At first the manager seemed pretty accommodating. I say we're missing part of our order, and our food is cold. I will send the food back with my partner.

Since we already have to drive back up can we just have the whole order remade so we can eat together and it's still hot. At least hotter than it was the first time.

Manager begins to question his staff while still on the phone with me which is very unprofessional, I don't want to hear your back of house conversation. I understand some people call trying to scam, But I was pleasant throughout my entire experience.

The manager then comes back and says well what would you like me to do because they told me they made it for you fresh. And I said well it's cold, I wouldn't lie and either way we have to come back so it's going to just get colder? Manager once again responds with and what would you like me to do about that? As I had already stated remake the food. It wasn't a big order. It wasn't a crazy expensive order. But it was a treat for us because we don't buy frivolous things very often and I think it's fair we want to enjoy the silly meal together and hot....

It wasn't that big of a deal, considering you forgot an important piece of our order; common Sense would dictate that you remake the whole thing? Managers like make sure you bring the whole order back or whatever he said that implied that. Which was unnecessary and rude considering I already offered to do that. Your manager made it very clear that he thought I was trying to rip him off and I wasn't. Just a nice person trying to enjoy a treat on a cold day full of bad news.

And you talked to the wrong person poorly. It wasn't that big of a deal until you made it one sir. I hope the rest of your staff has a phenomenal day although they made mistakes all throughout the process They were pleasant to speak to; and I treated them with respect and kindness. I gave you money and your part of that transaction is to give me hot correct food. I wish that had been the end of it, Because speaking with the manager of this location was a very unpleasant experience.

Drive thru went Smooth. And Irene was nice, patient and had a great big smile. It was nice to see for early morning breakfast.
The cashier was also very friendly. Thank you.

Btw. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich was excellent.
Way better quality than McDonalds version.

Horrible. Didn't have what I wanted, left something out from the order, then served us a pile of muck wrapped in paper... The fried food isn't even any good either over done, or under done, hands down the worst burger king around...

Regardless of using the mobile app and ordering 20 minutes ahead of time (versus driving up and not ordering ahead of time), you're going to wait a good 15 to 30 minutes for your food (this is NOT fast food). This (and many other) burger Kings have SEVERE issues. Constantly understaffed, probably underpaid, and overall, just abysmal service. I'll drive down the road 10 minutes out of my way in the future, simply to avoid such poor service. I'm honestly surprised that the area manager or corporate has not become involved to help solve these issues--this is not something new, it's been going on for at least 6 months. I cant possibly see how burger King would survive with this level of service, eventually people are just going to stop going and go elsewhere. If I were a shareholder, I'd sell immediately--this company is going down without some type of intervention.

Vegetarian options: Impossible burger, onion rings, fries, etc..

Dietary restrictions: Take a look at their caloric menu, many of their foods are not terribly calorie dense.

Parking: It's a tight fit near the entrance, somewhat dangerous.
