The automated order service does not work well. We ordered a regular loaded fries and got chicken and fries. We ordered two of the new glo-rilla meals with double cheeseburger, and we got just double cheeseburgers with fries and didn't get any apple pies and they charged us just for double cheeseburgers and fries for five something instead of $4 for the meal. And I wanted iced tea but they gave me sweet tea so I ended up just throwing it out. Too many things went wrong with that automated system the entire order was wrong we were charged too much money for what we got and the food wasn't even that good. I will say though when we realized we've got chicken and fries instead of loaded fries. I went back up but We only realized i did not get the loaded fries. They did correct that part of the order & threw in 2 extra apple pie to make up for it. So i guess we got our order filled after the fact and only because i went back up. That AI ordering just didn't work for us, it got the order all wrong & it cost us more money than it should of.

The only reason I gave this store a 1 is because the young lady at the drive thru window was very polite. I ordered their onion fries and couldn’t even bite into them they were rock hard. I ordered a cheeseburger that they confirmed I wanted lettuce, onion, tomatoe, pickles, cheese, ketchup and mustard. I agreed and received a cheeseburger with pickles and cheese. Do not go to this garden city location. The mgr argued with me about what I ordered. Forget them!!

Last time I will ever give them the benefit to get a order right. Thee worst Horrible Checkers! They use AI to take orders which never gets your order correct. They don't carry mushroom burger like advertised at every checkers! Workers cant comprehend nor know how to work checkers app to redeem proper points.
Drive thru. It was a computer taking my order. A absolutely impersonal. The Buford burger was just bland and the cheese was not melted. The bacon burger will have to wait because i gave it to my sister. Besides the Buford burger not having melted cheese it was cold around. Chopped lettuce made it messy.
Been years and will probably be years when I return.
