Disappointing experience with this visit pretzel roll bun was cold,so were the fries, burger wasn't much better,team members seemed indifferent.
By far the worst food I've ever gotten at a checkers the hamburger patties were cold and burnt. The food tasted like crap and poorly made. Absolutely disappointed we don't get checkers very often and by far never will again

The automated order service does not work well. We ordered a regular loaded fries and got chicken and fries. We ordered two of the new glo-rilla meals with double cheeseburger, and we got just double cheeseburgers with fries and didn't get any apple pies and they charged us just for double cheeseburgers and fries for five something instead of $4 for the meal. And I wanted iced tea but they gave me sweet tea so I ended up just throwing it out. Too many things went wrong with that automated system the entire order was wrong we were charged too much money for what we got and the food wasn't even that good. I will say though when we realized we've got chicken and fries instead of loaded fries. I went back up but We only realized i did not get the loaded fries. They did correct that part of the order & threw in 2 extra apple pie to make up for it. So i guess we got our order filled after the fact and only because i went back up. That AI ordering just didn't work for us, it got the order all wrong & it cost us more money than it should of.
