Last time I will ever give them the benefit to get a order right. Thee worst Horrible Checkers! They use AI to take orders which never gets your order correct. They don't carry mushroom burger like advertised at every checkers! Workers cant comprehend nor know how to work checkers app to redeem proper points.

Drive thru. It was a computer taking my order. A absolutely impersonal. The Buford burger was just bland and the cheese was not melted. The bacon burger will have to wait because i gave it to my sister. Besides the Buford burger not having melted cheese it was cold around. Chopped lettuce made it messy.
Been years and will probably be years when I return.

The person at the drive through window never gives me my change unless I ask for it.
I went to the restaurant at 1:30am. There's not much open but they're supposed to be. The open signs were on and hours listed says they close at 4. I got into the drive thru behind 2 other cars. I thought the car at the speaker was ordering. I waited for over 10 mins before I realized nobody ever talked to them. Me and the car in front left after about 15 mins of me sitting there. I'm not sure how long the car in front of me was there before I pulled in.

Their drive thru using AI now to automate the ordering process? Sold! Haha. Very cool feature. The actual girl human who gave me my food was very nice and friendly. And the food was good. No issues. I would definitely return to this location again.

Gave me the wrong food, I caught it right away, but they took several minutes and 4 other cars to get it right. Front door was locked and I had to slip between cars on foot to ask for my food. 3 people working and they take ten minutes to get my order right? Nah, I won't be back.
