Do not go here. Went once during regular working hours and no one was in the store working. Next time I came, no one answered the drive through window for 10 minutes and I followed the directions on the sign. Waste of time. No reliable. Should shut down.

This week they started using a robot to take orders. The man at the window acted like it was my fault their computer got my order wrong. 4 times they tried to tell me what I ordered. 4 times I tried to tell them that's not what I ordered.I drove off. My money will go somewhere they hire people for customer facing.Until this robotic drive thru is gone, I won't eat here again. Pity, this used to be my go to burger joint.

Wanted to go in dinning room was closed at 1pm the it AI ordering which couldn't get order right people had attitude food was cold and poorly made then charged me for wrong order and refused to fix it won't be back I'll drive further to go to one further away this location needs to be shut down or everyone fired and all new staff

Pulled up to the drive through speaker at 11:44pm and they close at 12pm. Just got off work and needed something to eat, typically don’t go places soon to close out of respect of the employees. Was told they are not serving food right now, I asked what time they closed and the girl said 12pm but the kitchen has already been shut down. I then said ok and left. What’s the point of being open until 12pm? Forgot to ask for future reference what time the kitchen shuts down so they can get out on time…10:30…11? I’ve worked in the restraunt industry and it sucks when that happens but it is what it is you don’t do that

I stopped in yesterday just to get something to eat because I was very hungry and the food was not good. It was lukewarm at best and I can tell that it was not made fresh because the bread was hard and the meat was very dry. I wasn't expecting a 5 star meal from Checkers but that was absolutely terrible. The only good thing about my experience was that I didn't get more food from them.They were closed on the inside so I had no choice but to go to the drive thru and I should have known by how quickly the food was given to me that it must have been already done and just sitting there. They clearly don't care what they give you at this specific Checkers location.

Do not recommend. Had to order at window cause no one acknowledged I was waiting to order in drive thru. Had to blow my horn cause girl dancing and listening to music didn't realize someone was trying to get their attention. Order was wrong and awful. Fries looked like they had been sitting there all day. When tried calling to complain about my order nobody answered the phone. Will be contacting corporate tomorrow about this location.

Waited at the speaker for 5 mins waiting to order and was ignored. When I called to get corporates phone number and told them why the kid hung up on me. I will never again go to the garden city location again as the service is always very poor.

Worst customer service in the world. The employees sat on their phones the whole 30 mins I was in the drive through even thought there was only 3 cars. On top of that they were very rude, and had me waiting for something for 15 mins while she was on her phone even though I saw her through the window, she then had the audacity to come and ask what I was waiting on. I told her I want extra sauce, instead she gave me less than usual. Horrible customer service and lazy people in general.
