My husband ordered food from here with his debit card and somehow the order was never prepared. When he called to inquire, at first the staff informed us that they couldn’t find the order. However, when they did, we were assured that our order would be expedited and it was true. Our order was delivered fresh and piping hot within 25 minutes.
Edit: 01/18/25 We ordered at least 3 more times here since the initial review and it’s progressively getting worse each time. I’m changing my review from 5 stars to a generous one star.

I’ve tried to order food from this place times and they just answer the phone and put you on hold For about 10 to 15 minutes. And most the time they don’t even answer the phone terrible store. I do not recommend to order from here. It’s pretty clear that nobody there wants to do their job and should be fired

Hardly any toppings on my pizza 🤷🏼♂️ and I paid for each topping, literally 2 pineapple pieces and 2 pepperoni each slice not even to be honest.

Giving them 1 star is actually being generous. We've ordered from here a few times and the last atleast 3 it's been horrible. I order the pan pizza thats supposed to have cheese and toppings all the way to the edge, im lucky if it makes it halfway. Not only did they mess that up again... they also put tomatoes and onions on my pizza. When I called to let them know they told me the managers policy is they dont remake pizzas. Then the employee told me he would give me a credit. I asked how that feeds my family. They messed up the order and basically told me there is nothing they can do. I work in the food industry and have for 23 years and this isn't how you do it, if you mess it up you replace it. This location will never see another penny from me

Just received my order and waited over 20 min on hold to try and get fixed was yelled at. The gm called me and apologized and fixed my issue. Ty for taking care of it so promptly.

The pizza is extremely thin and I didn’t order thin crust. There’s hardly any sauce on it and the Italian sausage is hardly seen and where’s the extra cheese?!?!?!!

We ordered delivery 10/23 , 2 pizzas and 16 piece garlic knots. The first pizza was cheese only so it was fine but the second pizza was the Philly cheese steak. We ordered it without green peppers. It was covered with green peppers. I know, just pick off the peppers, right? Well the pizza still tastes like green peppers. And it literally had 1 piece of steak on the pizza . It was disappointing for us adults but the kids enjoyed their cheese pizza. The garlic knots were undercooked so they also were not eaten. But thats ok because they were " free" with point redemption. I answered the "how did we do" questions on the app and was offered 20% off my next order or 60 points for a free pizza. No thanks. I just wanted my pretty simple pizza made right. We do order from here regularly and have received incorrect orders from time to time but normally we just pick off the unwanted items but this time was enough for me. We will try a different pizza place.

The manager Aahley is rude and completely clueless on how to handle customer complaints. The staff at the location was extremely rude today. I was told by 3 different people that I entered the wrong address in even though it was cirrdt on my end. Ashley stated that what's entered on the customers end doesn't always show up for the drivers to see? How is this possible? I have ordered at this location for 4 years. The driver called with aguyn attitudeand asked where was my location. i told him and my food was still delivered at the wrong address.
I asked for a refund but was told that my $5 dollar tip would be kept. I also have concerns that 3 hostile unprofessional employees have my address and the manager refused to give me corporate number. She said she was unaware of how to contact upper management because she was management.
This location has slowly went down hill. I use to orfer from here weekly and stopped 3 months ago. I hope this place is shut down and everyone loses their job.
Best pizza in town hands down. Excellent service always. God Bless the team in there. Thanks from a veteran.

Ordered 2 Medium 2 Toppings each on line, but was charged higher rate. PLUS workers did not know anything about $6.99 price nor up sizing one pizza per ads. Won't be ordering anything more from Domino's in my future.
