Amazing food and truly the best customer service I’ve ever received at a fast casual restaurant. Trina helped us and she answered all our questions. Helped my kids decide what they want. I ordered a 4 piece tender, medium hot. The tenders averaged about 4-5 times bigger than local fried chicken franchises in the area. I ate half and am full. The flavor and quality is perfect to say the least. If you haven’t tried them yet I strongly recommend you check it out. Made to order so not sitting around getting soggy.
Sama at the counter is amazing! She is kind, funny and has amazing customer service. My five year old loved her. We used to drive to the Monroe location because we loved the cheese sticks so much! Glad to have one close by!
