Staff were nice, prompt and courteous, location was nice & clean - but the food is both overpriced and under-seasoned. The truffle fries didn't come with any type of ketchup or sauce, the macaroni & cheese side is definitely Stouffers (i.e. mushy/tasteless/probably from frozen, mass produced & microwaved) and didn't come with a fork or spoon for takeout and while the chicken is clearly made onsite they really need to learn to season their food properly. Eureka Eatery has an awesome fried chicken sandwich! The chicken is crispy, juicy, and just hits the spot. The portions are big, and the staff is really nice. If you love fried chicken, you’ve gotta check this place out! 10/10 🔥
I've eaten at Eureka for years now and I've always loved the Monroe location. I've recently tried the Garden City location and I'm incredibly disappointed. I ordered a hot mac bowl and it didn't even have a taste. It wasn't hot or anything. The mac and cheese is also very mid.
