Best place ever, for the first time let me down. Drove from Dexter bc it say "open" til 8pm. Pull in at 7:10pm and it's a ghost town!

This was the worst ribs n broasted potatoes I've ever had , everything tasted old and stale, it was only 5 potatoes, the food was horrible, I'll never go back , a waste of my money and time, it must be under new management or something, I wish I could give them a minus star ,????

This restaurant was highly recommended by a friend. We ordered broasted chicken and ribs and barbecue chicken and shrimp the menu say you get whole chicken but you get quarter or half chicken on some items menu not updated. The shrimp is delicious the broasted chicken as well. The rib piece we recieved was dry on the end and not very meaty. We will try this restaurant again.

CAUTION: - I purchased $60 in Gift Cards and there were ‘several’ issues re: verifying the activity & balance(s)…so, while I was dining in the restaurant, the Owner & Manager, Judy, assured me (as I’vepatronized Golden Feather for almost 39+ Years) that she needed to gather ‘this’ info from her Laptop, and she ‘promised’ that she would contact me (we exchanged contact info) & w/the gift cards being purchased in Mar.’21 & May ‘21 (my bank said I was outside of the 60-day ‘window’ allowed for their assistance). I even contacted the company that Golden Feather uses for their gift cards and they told me that it wouldn’t take much effort at all for the Owner & Manager, Judy, to provide this info to me in a prompt manner.I will not be returning and I will make sure that my family, friends and associates, know about this incident.I’m always trying to support small businesses…but, when they don’t/will not stand behind their product, or etc., I will ‘not’ spend my money to support them anymore.(Note: This system/site makes you click on at least ‘1’ star…it’s the ‘only’ reason there is a ‘star’ at all).To date, the Owner & Manager, Judy, NEVER contacted me AT ALL…in ANY manner.
I could have given 2 stars but I couldn't believe my experience. I checked their menu out online and saw frog legs on it, went with my husband and invited my brother. Walked in and there was a neon sign with daily specials and tiramisu and cheesecake for dessert. Ordered frog legs, they don't have any, haven't had any for awhile. Here's a thought - if there's menu items you don't have try noting it. About the desserts - ordered cheesecake, was told didn't have any as a matter of fact they haven't had desserts for awhile. Disappointing for sure.
