I placed a $60 order today 12/12/25 @528pm i was told my order would be to me within the next 45 minutes 90 minutes go by i called to check the status of my order AIDEN told me multiple times it was delivered by door dash “a few minutes ago” i check front and back porch it was not there i called back and now AIDEN has a different story he stated i said it was out for delivery so i asked to speak with a manager that’s when MATTHEW came to the phone with an attitude and stated “according to our system it’s out for delivery” i asked “since you can see that can i get an ETA her processing to say “that’s not how our system works” and that the wait time was 90 minutes an that he would issue me a refund no regards of the fact I’ve been waiting 2 hours at this point to feed my family I’ve reported them to corporate will never order from this establishment again thanks to AIDEN & MATTHEW

Great way to waste food. They don’t take cash and refused to take mine. What do you mean you don’t have more then 60 dollars cash in a restaurant not everyone pays with cards. And the restaurant was very dirty anyways thankfully they didn’t take my money

Ordered on line , it told me 20 minutes. Show up 20 minites later to find out my 2 pizzas are still on the board and have Not been Started. Currently waiting in my truck for another 15 to 20 minutes. Never order on line its never on time or correct. Lesson learned.

Pizza is old school I thought it was over meaning finding a good pizza place full of meat and cheese and they gave me a good amount taste great restaurant was very Clean that is always important!

This is my favorite location. The food is consistently delicious! The staff is great too. A standout is Jason, he's amazing in his customer service and how he engages with people. I was in today, and there was a computer problem, he took great care of me! Keep up the great work Jason and the rest of the garden city staff!
