Get a new staff they were so awful even the people behind me said the young man was hateful and rude. He threw his headset on the counter because he messed up my order because he was too busy laughing at the pink hair girl who was purposely being rude to people in the drive thru. This store could use a course on how to treat people. If I could give it zero stars I would.

The only thing I like about the place is it kind of feels like stepping through a portal to idk sometime before i was born. it’s empty and feels very black and white tv show. The people are nice? But a little “I don’t wanna be here”. The food is bad. Cold nuggets. Cold to the touch, not even warm. Wedges were old so I asked for fresh ones. After that, I just took the fresh wedges and apple poppers and gave gratitude for at least that.There is one member of the team who seems like the leader. She was super nice which is why I gave the service 3 stars. If there were 2 more of her working along with her, this place would be amazing. She is working drive thru, front counter, and having to go check on the food quality all at once. She needs to be promoted to hiring manager and hire more people like herself. Oh and the chicken sandwich was decent, which is still bad because that KFC chicken sandwich is probably one of the best ones out. Usually AMAZING, so decent is well…

UNBELIEVABLE THAT THEY HAD ME SIT THERE FOR 48 MINUTES IGNORING ME AFTER I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS WAITING FOR A DOOR DASH JUST TO TELL ME THEY DON'T HAVE THE FOOD AND FOR ME TO CANCEL THE ORDER!! THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THIS WEEK WITH THIS SAME KFC. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!

Julia was the best manager, noticed I was waiting in lobby and immediately jumped on the register.
I am making this review in hopes they see it since their phone is ringing to a busy signal. I just spent $56 and some change on a 16pc meal. The meal included four sides. I asked for mixed chicken, original and crispy. Instead of the macaroni I asked for, I got coleslaw. All my chicken was original and looked kind of old. The wedges were hard and overcooked. No honey for the biscuits. My bad for not unpacking the two big bags. I've called four times and each time, a busy signal. For $56 I want my order to be correct. smh
