Terrible service. Would not let me walk up to window to order had to get back in car with 2 elderly clients an drive around building to order. Then allowed me to walk up to window to pay. So ridiculous

Got my order wrong. They even let me know they put some of the wrong toppings in it by mistake and said it was only on the top which I said was fine until I got home and the whole thing is wrong. I would go back up there if it wasn’t so far from where I live. $9.00 flurry I didn’t get to enjoy

My gosh. The menu and the portions are incredible. Sorry you can't walk up? Take a look around. We had a lot of robberies on Ford Rd at the 7 Elevens and all in between...and shootings and what not. I don't blame the owner. They are very generous.

Great ice cream and atomsphere. Workers really make you feel like family. They had a good display of what they offer. Their new Belgium waffle ice cream sandwich is a must try! I had to stop myself from getting another! I drove right past Dairy Queen to get there and I'd do it over again anyday ?

Would rate higher but didn't get served. Rode bikes over a mile to our NEIGHBORHOOD ice cream shop. 6:00 on a Sat. & zero cars in line. Pulled up to window, "sorry, we can't take your order on a bike". Reply "are you serious? There's not a single car in front or behind us so I don't understand any safety issues. You seriously can't serve my kid a flurry?". Asked for business details & the "manager" resorted to asking 3 others "kids" for help. The drive thru was suppose to help build business when Mike went to the city several years ago asking for permission. Welp, all that did was drive away customers & for our family... customers for life. VERY disappointed & as a resident I can only imagine how many others have been shut out. Will not be back & will happily spread the word!

This place is just awful ?road bikes up there wouldn't serve us because we weren't in a vehicle there were no other cars in the line we were on bikes and they wouldn't let me buy an ice cream for my daughter shame on them they missed out on a good tip I will never go there ever again worse business in Garden City!!

Honestly, I am an icecream fanatic. This place, hands down is the best icecream and the best bang for your buck. AMAZING! I got the banana split upside down in a cup. Just amazing. ?
