Drive-in ice cream place. Great for the kids and adults who want a sweet treat. It was reasonably priced and good portion sizes. There’s no walk up window so no need to get out of the car to get ice cream, just drive to the drive through and order with the staff. Would definitely come again to try other items on the menu.

No walk up allowed, Drive up only. Been coming here since the early 90's it was great back then cause families could walk up there or ride bikes to get ice cream and share family time. But ever since they changed it drive thru only it feels rushed and like they only care about the money!! No seating areas outside either. The other ice cream place on N Wayne Rd also has a drive thru but they also have outside tables and walk up windows to order from. I think I will take my money and business there from now on.

OMG THE Dubai Taco was the bomb!! So glad I didn't drive 45 mins to be disappointed. It's frozen but of course it has to be. Lots of chocolate pistachio and Nutella that lines the taco. They cut it in half for us which definitely made it easy to eat. Half was more than enough for me. Now I have to fight the urge to drive all that way all the time.

I don’t know what it is, but I think this new management at King Kone has made this place go downhill. This past spring I got a slushy and when I drank it, it smelled and tasted like dirty stinky sewage water. My cousin who was with me ordered a biscoff ice cream and got peanut butter instead of biscoff. Now what if she was allergic? I haven’t been back since, but today I gave king kone one last try and it was not good. I asked for bluemoon ice cream flavor in a cup and there was mint chocolate throughout it. Please clean your stirrer before you stir new ice cream orders! Now I have to sit with this nasty mint chocolate after taste in my mouth. It didn’t pair well with my blue moon ice cream!

Had an awesome experience at King Kones! We ordered the Dubai Chocolate Nachos ice cream, absolutely hit the spot 🔥 Then we tried the Dubai Taco, and that was just as amazing!

First timer. As soon as you pull in, there is no parking. You are just automatically in line. There are no menus posted besides at the pick up window. Yet, they come to the back of the line and take your order. How would I know what I want?? There is no menu posted in the line!! I had a full panic attack, ordered a simple cone that I didn't want and just ended up throwing it away down the road I came to you because you hire all genders and don't bootlick like my favorite ice cream place, but it's back to there for me. What a horrible set up!!

I remember going to this place when I was growing up and I was a kid and it was absolutely amazing now it’s absolutely horrible. Don’t know what you’re paying for anything until they give you the total at the window because there’s no price on anything whatsoever. do not recommend this place. I don’t know if it’s under new ownership if it has been for a while what but absolutely horrible. Strawberry shortcake they don’t even know how to make one properly. And then you don’t even get proper time to look at the menu to see what you want cause you’re rushed through it.

Disappointed with our Fruit Parfaits. No cherry on either one and hardly no pineapple or strawberries in them to. They used to be so good. I wonder if they changed ownership?
