Disappointed with our Fruit Parfaits. No cherry on either one and hardly no pineapple or strawberries in them to. They used to be so good. I wonder if they changed ownership?

My husband and I are probably King Kone’s #1 customers. They are right around the corner from us so we order from them all the time. I ordered the Birthday Cake Flurry on Doordash and then called in to request some added extra cake, boy did they hook it up! Everything is always top tier here!! Best ice cream ever!!

Terrible service. Would not let me walk up to window to order had to get back in car with 2 elderly clients an drive around building to order. Then allowed me to walk up to window to pay. So ridiculous

Got my order wrong. They even let me know they put some of the wrong toppings in it by mistake and said it was only on the top which I said was fine until I got home and the whole thing is wrong. I would go back up there if it wasn’t so far from where I live. $9.00 flurry I didn’t get to enjoy

My gosh. The menu and the portions are incredible. Sorry you can't walk up? Take a look around. We had a lot of robberies on Ford Rd at the 7 Elevens and all in between...and shootings and what not. I don't blame the owner. They are very generous.
