🤬 WORST SERVICE EVER!
Honestly, this is the first time I've ever written a complaint in my entire life, and I hate having to do it. But I have to, because MR. COURTNEY M. at this location is consistently rude every time we visit. I even found out he's been treating other customers the same way.
His attitude while taking our order was completely hostile, aggressive, and just plain rude.
Little Caesars, if you want to keep customers, especially regulars, you need to take action. His terrible, toxic attitude ruins the whole experience and is costing you business. We absolutely will not be returning to this store until this issue is resolved.
No wonder why this branch has a very low rating.

Nothing special about Little Caesars. Honestly, your experience starts and ends with the cashier. If they’re on their game then your experience will be noteworthy.

This is the worst little Caesar’s I’ve ever been too. They are rude. The pizza is always nasty and not cooked. The wait times are insane. They mess up your order but when you call to get a refund you’re on hold for an hour and they never answer. I would never come here for food. 0 out of 10. Never recommend.
I placed a call in order ask for butter parmesan and she repeated my order back. Then I get to the store they charging me a extra 3 bucks we for the butter parm all over so mt total is 17 bucks and that's not fare at all.

The employee did not speak above a whisper I asked him several times to repeat his response. I had a large order I had to ask for bags for the beverages, and for the sauce and bread another customer saw me struggling and gave me assistance. The employee said 20 minutes after I asked for a receipt he then said 30 minutes or more. I will think twice before coming back. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the food.

i actually have never been served a more disgusting pizza in my life. after waiting almost 20 minutes this cold piece of garbage is what i was served. it’s literally so cold
that the butter isn’t even melted . i’m actually so pissed off , this is bs.

I honestly wish I could give it negative stars. By far the worst little Caesars you will ever order from. It's close to the house, and I typically drive 2 miles further just to avoid it. Got desperate today, and at no surprise....just as bad as I remember it.

Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas. The crust was SO thin. Like paper thin. I was really upset. Why wasn't the crust like it usually is????

Do yourself a favor and go to another location. I ordered on the app, and it took them nearly an hour. Only to finally get my order and it’s cold and tastes terrible. They also didn’t have the drinks I ordered in stock at the pop they did give was warm. I won’t be returning and you can see from all the one star reviews that this location should probably just shut down.
