So I am reducing my star to one because they responded to me to go the website and all I received was I’m sorry for not meeting your expectations. Not good enough.
Been years since I ordered a QP and it was absolutely the worse. I asked for no onions. They didn’t put it in. However. The bun was cold. Meat slightly warm and cheese not melted. I’m glad I used my 6000 points from the app to pay for it because I would have been even more upset. Service ordering and drive thru person was nice. Fast service.
But still disappointed. I won’t be back to this location because it’s too inconvenient with all the traffic in and out.

Closed at 2 when supposedly 24 hours. Second mcdonalds i got turned away from tonight. Usually open until 3? Seems like the hours just get made up. Sucks when us who work at night take our time to come out just to be turned away. Wasted time.

I ordered a big mac and fries. I haven't had one in years. The big mac was delicious but small. I was full but wanted more.
First, no hot mustard, second, gave me sweet tea when I ordered unsweetened. Third, and most important, all food soggy and cold. No salt on my limp cold fries. Worst experience I've ever had at any McDonald's. Terrible
