Bar tenders dont care they sit back talking to other employees. I paid my bill and the bartender never gave me my change back. I left cause she never came back to give me my change .she ignored me and started to count her drawer to leave for the night . wont be back

Was here for the 1st time on Halloween. Atmosphere was great! Good energy! They were clearly under staffed, I get it! However, we had a table reserved, waited at least 20 minutes and no waitress came. So went to get drinks at the bar myself (no problem) waited at least 10 minutes to be recognized. Later we called a waitress over that had walked by a few times. She wasnt our waitress and said she come back. Appreciate that! Waited over 10 minutes. Ordered the shots during the shot special time. She said she couldn't add to my friends tab so I just offered to pay the cash. Was told it would be $6 for the two of them since they were on special at that time. When she came back we were charged $6 a piece. Not okay! The waitress was very nice and doing her best so nothing negative against her... however, she should have been able to or offered to check with a person in Charge. My friend then asked if we could just add it to his tab. And now we could?! Not the greatest 1st experience.

I didn't eat. My friends did GREAT specials so I am told. Very Very talented singers for karaoke 🎤 including a Cee lo Green sounding white dude!!!

I used to love this place. However the last time I went, the environment was not as welcoming. The bar tender made my drink with NO alcohol in it and when I sent it back she charged me $5 for a glass of water. One of the waitresses that I recognized from previous visits said they started charging for water a week ago. I find that hard to believe. It definitely gave racist vibes and I'm disappointed because I hadn't felt that from the staff before. Not sure if I will be returning 🤔

The servers were amazing. But apparently this business is okay charging their customers for glasses of water and not telling them until their bill comes. They are price gouging everything. They have not updated their signs with their new prices. They also closed their kitchen at 9:30. These poor waitresses were running like chickens with their heads cut off because they don't hire enough staff to cover the large amount of people that come to their place of business. I feel really bad I would have tipped the waitress more,(I still tipped 20%), had they not overcharged us for everything. I used to love coming here, but with these new management changes I never want to go back.

First time here for a friend's birthday to do karaoke and it was a blast! We got to reserve a table, because it got packed on Friday night but the place is spacious enough that moving around wasn't hard. 11:00 to midnight, power hour $3 shots!! And everyone was friendly and encouraging, especially the DJ putting on the karaoke songs.

The service here is amazing. The manager is great and the people that work at this place are great. The owner of this establishment is phenomenal and Caring we have all Of our events at this place and they have never faltered. Just FYI Rebecca Cavill is just bitter and should not be bashing this establishment. There are better ways to handle your issues than bashing people and writing false things about them. You should be ashamed of yourself.
