1st time in Rogalas. We managed to come in, seat ourselves, and leave without being noticed. Besides the non existent service, the smell was not good and the booth was trash. Wont be back.

Food is always amazing. Depending on your waitress they are not all so bad. Had one middle aged lady with blonde hair and she wasn't very attentive. We sat there for like 3p mins without a menu just had our drinks, comes over and asked if we are ready to order? We never even looked at a menu lady ? other than that the food never disappoints, very good bar food for sure.

Been coming here my whole life since I was a kid and my parents have been coming here since the early 90s. Today I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and double cheese. We always get double cheese. The pizza I received was well done cut into weird size pieces and there was parts of the pizza that didn't even have cheese. I contemplated on calling because I never have had an issue there. My wife called just to get a remake for the future. The bartender answered she is always nice and said she had to call the owner.
The owner would only do a remake for today. What's the point I already had to feed the kids it's late 9 pm and the lions are playing Monday night football. I feel they think we were lying and maybe being ghetto like other people that try to get free food. This place has honestly the best square pizza in this area. There is no way the regular older guy made this pizza. It was horrible today and I felt bad for calling.
Rogalas advertises itself to be an authentic Italian bar and grille. The service was wonderful and our server was enthusiastic and friendly. Unfortunately, when the food began coming to the table, it brought excessive fruitflies/ flying gnats with it! The meal was tasty. Although, the ravioli was obviously made from frozen and the veil parm was not truely authentic. With the added protein of flying bugs in our food, the visit left us questioning life choices and greatful we did not end up sick in any way! Until the kitchen gets the bug problem under control, I would definitely not recommend going back!

This used to be a great place, but man, it has fallen off the cliff post-Covid.
The last two times I've gone, the service has been terrible.
I called today and asked what the specials were - response: "Ugh" . Drove all the way out there, ordered, sat and nursed a beer for ten minutes after placing my order only to finally be told they've been sold out of the special.
Done. I've been a semi-regular customer for years, but I am not wasting another dime in this dump.
It's a shame; my parents used to come to this place. It's way past time for some of these people to retire.

Was there for the first time last Sunday after trying two other Italian Restaurants that were having problems. I've passed it by for years and for some reason never stopped. I'll definately be back. Good food, excellent service, reasonable prices and pleasant atmosphere. I'll definately be back.
