So-Cal Burgers, Wraps & Frozen Yogurt

Never had a bad thing from here! I get the So-Cal salad several times a week. The chicken in the salad is the best I’ve ever had. My husband and kids also like eating here. Highly recommend!

s the grease or what!! I called consulting them about issue & the girl who answered phone was extremely rude, laughed .

1st time spent $28 no drink and the food made my stomach hurt. will never be back

Amazing little place! I got the fish wrap, because if that’s good, surely everything else is better, right? And it surprised me, not even kidding. I forgot what smoothie I got but it was excellent as well. I’d come back more if it wasn’t so far, but I’ll definitely make the trip back from time to time.

Food is good always just kinda disappointed I didn't get offered the marshmallow dip for my sweet potato fries 😣 I ordered them for that reason and was not happy when I called back and I got no hello, no this is so cal nothing just silence until I said hello...

Where do I start? I placed an order online for pick up (wrap with Cajun fries and a large waffle fry) arrived early and was told my order wasn’t ready even though I put it in 45 minutes before arriving (arrived to so cal and only 1 couple was sitting at a table). I was told by the cashier that they couldn’t start my order until 8:59 even though I showed my order &order time which was at 8:30ish.. (my pick up time was for 9pm/9:10. Mind you ONLY 1 couple was there). I didn’t mind waiting and a few minutes go by the cashier hands me my drink and I’m still waiting on the food…a few more minutes go by and the cook calls out a name which I assumed was mine (I couldn’t hear because of the loud music playing). The cook hands me the food without checking to make sure I was the customer he called for and said have a great night. I got all the way home and noticed he handed me the wrong order (wings and large waffle fries). I called so-cal (the girl answered but didn’t say hello or anything) I told her I had the wrong order and she had to ask someone what to do but then puts the cook on the phone…I told him the issue and he yells out (YOU TOOK THE BAG!!! I CALLED OUT FOR TIARA!!!
I said I thought you said Sabrina he yells THATS RIDICULOUS THAT DOESNT EVEN SOUND ALIKE!!! I said in a normal tone well I couldn’t hear you & do you want me to bring it back? And he said yes I have your order here.) I go allllll the way back.. I grab my order doubled checked the bag (I thought they messed the order up again but they didn’t) left and got back home and as I was eating half of the wrap I notice my chicken was undercooked. Also the fries were super soggy. I won’t be returning to this establishment. This was my 4th time there and my 2nd time dealing with rude customer service with the staff. The price is way too high to received rude customer service and half cook food. Now I feel sick literally. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Save your hard earned money.

To the staff: please work on your customer service/professionalism skills and the way you talk to customers.

To the cooks: practice food safety and make sure you cook food to where it is safe to consume. (I just read some reviews where customers talked about you guys are touching your face, clothing, phones, etc) THATS A BIG NO NO! That’s how you cross contaminate customers food.
Now I’m even more disgusted.

And to the guy that yelled at me over the phone: maybe you should yell that loud when calling out the customers name at the restaurant so we can hear you clearly.
AND TURN DOWN THE DAMN MUSIC! It’s not a night club!

Been coming here for a couple of years now. Used to be my favorite spot to get a buffalo salad but revently everytine i get a salad (which is almost $15 after tax) there are hardly any toppings or chicken, so im basically paying $15 for a bunch of romaine lettuce and a few toppings. Feel like im getting scammed. The subs are great though.

I’ve been going here for almost 3 years and the food is consistently great. I don’t think I’ve had a single bad meal here. You can tell that this place makes their food with care… and some sort of addictive substance… jk but seriously it’s good!
