I eat Subway almost everyday and it's honestly astonishing at how this location manages to make a sandwich gross. I'd never rate anything one star from trying something once – this was my third attempt at hoping they'd just make me a normal sandwich here. Trust me when I say, do NOT come to this location. There's a Subway right down the road (36150 Ford Rd, Westland) and I promise it's worth an extra few minutes to have a sandwich that doesn't leave you unsatisfied and nauseous.

Subs are pretty good. Service is good other then the last couple times I went the workers English was almost unable to understand. I had to repeat myself several times and ask them to repeat themselves several time. Very friendly, I just think someone who can speak English a little better should be taking the drive-thru window orders.

I can't even express with words my disappointment with the service and experience. So to start straight off the bat felt like both of the employees there had no idea how to make the sandwiches they are selling. Never felt like this at a subway. will not go back to this location again would rather drive 3 hours than to go here again

Why can’t people make food right. I asked for lettuce. Green peppers and mild banana peppers. And there’s red onions in my lettuce. Called the store spoke w a woman Tahara and she first said they didn’t make my food. Um yes yes you did. Then said no manager was there. Then refused to remake my food even tho I have an onion allergy.

first time visiting today, they were short staffed and i did have to wait but i was rewarded for my patience. the manager was amazing, so kind and friendly. handled an incredibly fristrating situation like a pro! rhe food was made just as i ordered, it was delicious. we were compensated with free drinks as we waited for the staff to swiftly and precisely run through their backed up line.. though this staff had hiccups, due to things out of their control, they delivered everything i had been craving today.

The Subway on Ford road and Henry Ruff in Garden City came thru again on 6/14/25 at 7:30pm The 2 subs that they made for me and Brittney were perfect 😁😁 Thanks to the sub maker and the cashier, she gave my dog (Chopper) some turkey. We will be back and I truly do appreciate those workers.

Worst subway. 5 subs and not one was correct. Wrong bread. . not toasted ... wrong toppings. .. ect. Called to inform and they hung up. Then wouldn't answer phone. This was an online order and we went back and checked to verify sure we didn't mess up before calling.

Ordered online ordered a 6 inch subway club not toasted. And a foot-long cookie. Got to pick it up and they tried to give me the wrong order. Good thing I noticed gave it back and then they gave me my order which they ended up giving me a foot-long subway club toasted. And it was over toasted and so was the cookie. I know people don’t complain about getting extra food but it’s food that’s gonna go to waste because I didn’t need that much and I didn’t want it toasted. Do better people. Pay attention have some pride..
