Went in taco bell on ford road in garden city 2 different homeless people were sitting in there they stunk like garbage couldn’t even eat my food they had bags all over the floor people were walking in and right out one had a plastic bag with sandwiches in it the other had nothing very dirty no wonder nobody goes there I won’t be back the help never came out of back room disgusting!!!

The only reason this tacobell is getting three stars is because of omarr. And whatever manager was working nov 9th at 7:34 pm who yelled at omarr for correcting a mistake on my order should apologize to him. He had great customer service and was very helpful. Definitely an asset to this taco bell location and he is the only reason i would come back to this taco bell.

I come to order a take out order me and my friend we start off by saying we want 6 spicy potato tacos, and continue to add on a couple of cheesy Gordita but they stop us and they say we can’t make ur order due to not having enough potatoes, as an establishment you should not have a staff that would deny its customers food that they have just because the workers don’t feel like making the food these food industries need to stop hiring a bunch of lazy workers who would rather do nothing at work, we waited in line, and then were rejected an order that wasn’t even that big because they “don’t have enough potatoes” to serve us, absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered Taco Bell off DoorDash after a long day of work. I was told it was going to need about 45 minutes to get picked up. When my dasher finally got there he told me that they ran out of the stuff for my order and that I had to cancel. Orders getting cancelled is normal but after 44 minutes of waiting is just stupid. They could have contracted me or even DoorDash but the waited until my dasher got there to inform me. What’s making me the most mad is that I can’t give them 0 stars.
one of the worst taco bell’s you can ever go to very disappointed of how they treat you and disgusted by the way they speak not going there ever again don’t recommend also i ordered chicken strips and this is what i got absolutely disgusting
