Its called G E T great,engage,thank, well i got 1 out of three. No greet,no engage but i did get a thank you. Mind you i was the only one inside,no one said anything like i will be right there , nothing. Finally i spoke up and i was asked what i wanted. Then a thank you as i was leaving.

Every time I get a coffee from here it tastes old, never enough cream and do they even know what sugar is I get a triple triple and it’s like drinking black old coffee and it’s disgusting my gosh you got idiots working there. Yall want 15$ an hour…. You’re out of your damn mind you can make coffee correctly. Done with this Tim hortons going to the one on Inkster. They have the best fresh coffee and donuts around

This location has held my sisters (minor) paycheck for two weeks now, the manger Eden has not been keeping her updated on the situation or wanting to give her the owners number so we can get this figured out. We have called and texted and about to show up at the store at this point. Don’t recommend anyone working here.

I order a pumpkin spice latte in the drive thru regularly. Sometimes I get a different beverage, and I don’t know until I drive away and drink it after it cools down enough so as to not burn myself. The last time I was in the drive thru I told them about and asked them to make it right. They told me to call corporate and totally brushed me off. I filed a formal complaint with corporate and was told the store would reach out to me for a refund. I haven’t heard from the store. Management here obviously doesn’t care about customer service.

Beware these people do not give reward points to individuals they pick and choose. I went in with a coupon and they would not honor it because it wouldn't work when clearly I have it on my app. They do this constantly and don't give points accordingly.

Falsely advertises lobby as being open. What's 4 to wait in drive-thru for a good long while to pick up a customer's order
Ordered online, went to pick it up, and the store was closed and empty. At 4pm on a Thursday. Maybe turn off online ordering when you're closed, or post your updated hours somewhere? It's not a great time to be wasting gas.

Use to order from this location almost everyday and loved this one. Just wanted to start getting coffee again and the last 2 times I ordered a cappuccino with oat foam it's come out to an iced capp and I have no idea why. I ordered in person once and online once. I just want my hot fricken cappuccino. Maybe yall don't know what a cappuccino is anymore.

I usually go out of my way to come here and pay more here but the last two days have been very disappointing, I had to go back to have my coffee remade yesterday and today I only didn't go back again because I'm on a tight schedule. Who ever has been making the drinks needs to be retrained or moved to a different task. Caramel ice coffee, black with light ice. Not that hard... I can't taste the caramel.
