I left 1 star review for this Wendy's earlier and mind u not this Wendy is my favorite from the bunch....we drive quite a while to come to this one I was treated very poorly and very disrespected and very humiliated by the drive thru employee with tag name (Williams) I called the store to complain and with my review aswell the manager answered took my call kindly rectified the issue and made sure that I left happy I have thank her for what she did she's an amazing person. She made my day off a way better day.. 12/14/2025

Here they suck!!!! Soooo damn slow I waited 25 minutes in line for 2 biggie bags. Then was told to pull up to the yellow pole and wait almost 10 more minutes. Seriously needs help or should just close.

Placed mobile order for DRIVE THRU pick up. Sit in line for 15-20 mins.. told me to go to the pick up parking spot.. wait another 10 mins they come out and don’t have 2 items we ordered .. wait about another 10 mins.. I decided to walk inside and wait.. they come out with no drinks (we had 4). So they hand me cups and have me fill them myself.. no drinks carrier in sight.. so I wait for a drink carrier.. then we get home.. no cheese on our sandwiches, the fries and chicken nuggets were definitely old/in dirty grease and cold! Not understanding if the food is cold, why it took so long… meaning my food was done A LONG TIME AGO.. crazy work

straight up rude. I was picking up a doordash order that specifically said in the instructions to park and come into the store to pickup. When i walked in I was met with an angry lady that started yelling at me saying I can't be in there & have to go around the drive thru. Completely unprofessional, there was many different ways she could've handled that other than yelling & being disrespectful when their own instructions say to come in. Attached is proof of the note saying to come in that I even mentioned to her & she said she didn't care

I leave bad reviews for this location often, the experience has not changed. There was one time that someone with outstanding customer service skills was able to assist me with my order but other than that.... just getting stared down by dudes that hate the entirety of their existence and cant spend a second to listen to you because they are so depressed. I'll just make sure to go to the location a bit further from home next time I want a breakfast sandwich.

The food was just thrown in the bag and everywhere. Wasn't cooked and put together very well. They made everyone pull up and wait for the drive through, so why even offer it. The lady who brought out or food was very nice and polite so that's the only thing it has going for it. 0/10 Would not return.
