The staff seems very overwhelmed and confused about who ordered what they have you pull forward and wait for someone to bring your order to your car if the didn't get the order correct the same person goes back in and out which could be multiple times. Major backups in the drive through. They have 2 windows for a reason and still won't figure out what they are doing wrong

This place is a disaster. Out of 3 entree items on the menu. Out of sprite and iced tea. Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes and was boxed in. Couldn’t get anything I asked for and had already ordered through the app. Save time and go to a different location if you really want Wendy’s.

I was treated like a ghost. The drive thru was crowded so I decided come inside. I was treated as if I wasn’t even there, no urgency and customers are not put first - I stood there for 10 minutes and was treated like an abandoned child, I should’ve been a ghost at that point. I decided to leave since no one cared.

Food is absolutely great when they get your order right but service is terrible. I’ve been multiple times and they’ve completely left food out the charged me for and entirely just made my food wrong. I ordered two bacon cheeseburger biggie bags, neither had bacon. Highly recommend somewhere else.

It’s been 30 mins and still no food or drinks. Ordered a salad and a biggie bag. Still standing here waiting on food. This is unacceptable. Can’t blame lack of employees because there is plenty just obviously don’t care. They are not busy either. Then when politely brought to the manager’s attention they became rude like we were the ones took 37 minutes for two drinks and biggie bag and salad.. then the burger, fries, and 4pc nuggets was not hot nor fresh. Then the lady Manager refused refund . Wouldn’t even give a coupon or anything for the horrible service!
