Very disappointing! I come to wing snob at least 2 times a week, for the last couple months. This place is always hit or miss. Just ordered a LOADED BUFFALO RANCH FRY…and received mushy fry’s with a drizzle of ranch and buffalo sauce on top of the chicken. Fry’s didn’t even have sauce on them. What a let down, if you want good service go down the road to the Dearborn location.

Okay, so I just HAD to shout out Wing Snob in Garden City! Seriously, those wings were bomb; super fresh, crispy, and seasoned perfectly. But the real star was this curly-haired guy at the front. He was so chill and sweet, and made sure my order was on point. It's rare to see someone actually care like that, ya know? The whole crew was great, but he totally stood out. Def coming back they've got a good one there!

The app was not letting me place an online order so I called and asked if the app was down. I had a reward for a free order of fries and was told I could call in the order and still have the coupon taken off my work even though I wasn’t ordering online. When we went to pickup the order a guy greeted us and told us we couldn’t use the coupon bc it’s online only. We mentioned how we were told over the phone we could use the coupon still. He continued to say no which was fostering because the only reason we ordered here is because of the coupon expiring in a couple of days. He was very rude and we didn’t even get any ranch with our order .
I placed my order online, I arrived in 15 minutes of placing my order and I waited on my order when it was sitting in the window for at least 15 minutes while I was waiting. When the other girl came in to work, she jumped behind the counter and the kitchen without washing her hands and bagged my order while I was waiting all this time I'm looking at my order that was just sitting there. I asked why was my order just sitting there for at least 20 minutes while I'm waiting on it when i placed my order over 30 minutes ago. She got rude the other one come from the kitchen and said she can remake it or give me my money back. I said give me my money back. I realized I didn't get my tip refunded and she threw it on the counter. These people are rude and don't appreciate their customers. I have been spending my money at this location since they opened in Garden City and to be treated so rude and disrespectful. NO MORE & NEVER AGAIN I'll go back to the Livonia location. If I could give 0 stars I would. I didn't receive my order and the customer service was trash. Update: I sent an email per owner last week to investigate their staff and I received no reply from owner. Thanks for proving my point, that's why workers think they can treat customers any kind of way and they get away with it. It's sad you just opened and don't care how your customers are treated.
