The last three times I've been to Arby's the lobby has been closed as they can apparently not hire enough people. I order my food well in advance so when I get there I don't have to wait, so instead of being able to walk in and get my food that has been done for several minutes I now have to wait in the extra long line created because the lobby is closed. This wastes my lunch hour and completely negates me trying to proactively save time. The food is still fine it just gets really old.

They have recently renovated and the chairs now have protectors on them. It is no longer painfully loud to pull a chair out. The workers are fabulous! 🔔

I’ve been an Arby’s fan for years. Hard to tell how much money I’ve spent there. But, the Gaylord. Mi. Arby’s is terrible about opening their lobby. 60-70% of the time I stop there their lobby is closed, forcing you to the drive thru if you want their food. I will no longer be eating there; I’ll go to Taco Bell, McDonalds, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Culver’s or our favorite Mexican restaurant.
Terrible they can’t get their Libby open when everyone else in town has their Libby open.

They were talking loud enough where I could hear how they had to remake and sandwich I special ordered because I have a picky kid and they were complaining and talking smack over a small remake not happy and will not come back there, the two lady’s should learn some respect.

This Arby's made the best half pound beef and cheddar I've ever had! The curly fries were hot and the service was fantastic.
Got the new cheesesteak sandwich for a second time, still just as good as the first, but like a piece or 2 of the meat wasn't as tender. Potato cakes were delicious as always, very crispy as they should be. Jamocha Shake was also on point as well. White cheddar Mac was also good.

I just wanted to say I went through the driver through and met Lisa she has a great attitude and was extremely nice my daughter was in the hospital and was feeling really out of it and she put a smile on my face . She takes great pride in her job spoke clearly in intercom and was so plenty at the window thanks lisa u made my day a bit better it a terrible time . We need more people and workers like u o ps your braids where on point....
