I was looking for a place to do some venison brauts of my own meat, heard of people doing it, so I did some research of places in northern Michigan. Thank goodness I found this place!!! I chose a venison pork cheddar mixture and just picked them up today and tried some. AMAZING!!!! I will definitely be getting the rest of my left over venison done , but going to try jalapeño/cheddar! The people there are amazing and they really know how to do a good braut!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Most always top notch. One meal was not great, but it happens. Why would some fool complain about using his venison to have them make brats for him at their different location? They estimated the number of brats wrong? Big deal. Quit your whining. These are the best brats, bar NONE!
