Dairy queen seems to have a decent selection of lunch and dinner foods (not just ice cream) but can be fairly slow at times that business is heavy. I feel the prices are more than fair and generally a little cheaper than most other fast food places in Gaylord as well. They have excellent malts, I highly recommend them if you're into that sort of ice cream!
Worst customer service ever! The young lady at the front register was nothing but a snotty wench. She was excessively rude to every customer She delt with. I won't go-to this location ever again and I will advise others to avoid as well. A guest Thanked her and she turned away and went to her buddies in the back and talked about him so loudly we heard what she had to say including him. Pretty sure she was talking with the supervisor/manager. No hope!

The staff is amazing. my experience is very positive for everyone in my family. My dog tiny T loves the pup cups! What a great ideal. 10 out of ten..Parking: Located inside a wonderful grocery store that has a "Ed's corner" a very large liquor selectuon also has a Starbucks, public restroom ect...Wheelchair accessibility: The whole place is wide open and accessible.
