We have NEVER had a bad experience at Gaylord location. Salad bar and pizza always fresh and delicious. Staff is always super friendly and present so if you need something you never have trouble finding help. As long as BC is here they have a lifetime customer from me.Parking: Restaurant is busy but there are still plenty places to park.

I ordered 52$ worth of food last weekend and I order pizza from them 2 or 3 times a week. All the food was not even edible! So I called and the manager on shift said he was credit my account the money or remake the food at this point we already started making food I called back today to get my credit and they said there was nothing they could do. Liars food taste worse than little ceasers! Will never eat there again

Normally don’t like leaving reviews. But here I am.Ordered a pizza and breadsticks tonight just before 7:30, was told 90 minutes. That’s fine, I get it, it’s Friday night. I get a call just before 9 saying they couldn’t find my house then they realized they called the wrong order. I was told I was next after that. 25 minutes later I call to see what’s up and they have no idea where their driver is. I was told they would just deliver the food and refund the cost, which is fine. The real problem now is that I ordered this for my dinner, they close at 10pm, which is in 15 minutes, yet to see the driver and I’m pretty sure I won’t.This is unfortunate as I have had plenty of good experiences but now, unless I plan to pick it up, I won’t be ordering delivery again. I’m thankful that this order was just for my dinner and not for my wife and kids. Disappointed to say the least.Update:Food ended up delivered about 10 minutes after I made this review. Obviously cold, but it was delivered, so there’s that.

Ordered the special and got the price but after hanging up it didn't make sense why it was so high. I went in and asked to find my order was wrong. They were so cool, fixed the issue, discounted the correct order, plus gave us the messed up pizza. Food was delicious! Great staff, very friendly and understanding. We will definitely be back
