Ordered the special and got the price but after hanging up it didn't make sense why it was so high. I went in and asked to find my order was wrong. They were so cool, fixed the issue, discounted the correct order, plus gave us the messed up pizza. Food was delicious! Great staff, very friendly and understanding. We will definitely be back
This place is great they've had issues in the past but they have fixed those issues I wouldn't say their Pizza is the best in the world but if you want a good salad pizza and Gaylord this is the one you want, if you want to spend a lot more money and get a square pizza Jets deep dish otherwise BC all the

We have NEVER had a bad experience at Gaylord location. Salad bar and pizza always fresh and delicious. Staff is always super friendly and present so if you need something you never have trouble finding help. As long as BC is here they have a lifetime customer from me.Parking: Restaurant is busy but there are still plenty places to park.
