I’m a regular to Jimmy John’s around the state as I travel for business. This was my first visit to the new Gaylord location, my #6 was beyond fantastic, and my sofa cold. But I found service to be substandard. The group in front of me ordered and stepped aside, the the csr left the counter and I stood there for 3-4 minutes until someone else helped me. If you weren't aware, last year's (2022) tornado tore apart the original location and it's being rebuilt. Look for the current shoppe across the road attached to the Marathon station. The sandwiches were up to par. Costs in line and the folks were outstanding. We had extra time so we stayed and learned a little bit about the city of Gaylord. Down side:It's a bit cramped inside, so you do the drive-thru. They are not freakishly fast...at all. We don't mind, but you might. 09/23

Ordered delivery from Jimmy John's and I'm highly impressed with the quality of the food, and the value of how much I got for 20 bucks. I will say I'd appreciate them having more vegetarian options, but the veggie sandwich I got was so tasty! Sauces are on point here and lettuce is extra crispy.
