Staff seemed to be working hard. The manager/cook was extremely rude to staff, yelling at them where she could be heard throughout the restaurant. Once yelling for standing at the window waiting on an order to get done and the next minute yelling at them for not responding quickly enough when she yelled that an order was done. It was as if she wanted to humiliate her staff, when all she did was humiliate herself terribly.
Service was decent,we liked our server Tammy she was a hoot!!!. Food could of been better. Coleslaw had no flavor, french fries were horrible some were under cooked the waffle fries were over cooked. The bun on my burger was dry missing 90% of the sesame seeds.
Lovely experience with staff and overall. Our waitress Kerry was delightful, and definitely made the trip to Big Boy better :) (PS. Love their mozzarella sticks and ranch, herby and a perfect combo!)
