Bob Evans Reviews
my family stopped at this store on the way home from vacationing. the food was amazing but we loved our server,Sarah.she was so warm and friendly and radiates joy. my grandson said he wished we lived near here not just for the great food but because Sarah was so nice.
The manager with the really long fake nails was super rude to a customer right in front of us, she actually told her to go to Big Boy if she wanted faster service. That's where I'll go next time.
Dirty. Restrooms have no soap or toilet paper. Manager was too interested in some baby than the restaurant.

Bob Evans in Mackinaw City is located in a tourist area, known for its excellent service and new menu items. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and easy to find from the expressway. The waitstaff are quick, efficient, and friendly, and the food is generally good. Customers have enjoyed the variety in the menu, with favorites like chicken fried steak and egg (breakfast all day) and lemon garlic chicken. The atmosphere is friendly and lively, making it a popular spot for families with kids who love piggypancakes. The staff, especially servers like Sarah, are warm and welcoming, leaving a positive impression. However, some experiences included less satisfying moments, such as a less attentive person setting down menus and silverware, and hearing inappropriate language from kitchen staff. Portions of steak tips and breakfast sandwiches may be smaller than expected, so it is recommended to ask about portion sizes and menu name changes before ordering. Despite the busy environment, the restaurant offers good food and attentive service, with drinks often refilled promptly. Carry out and to-go options are also available for those who prefer to enjoy their meal elsewhere.
