I have lived in Gaylord for 4 and a half years now, and today was my first time to visit. As soon as I walked through your front door, Biggby, I felt the chillaxin' vibe of your coffee shop and feel in love. ?The lady who waited on me was patient and kind. My Spotted Owl hot coffee was delicious. I will return.All I ask of you is to mark the price on your sweatshirts.
This place has an awesome crew and awesome coffee. Paige and Lydia are awesome with recommendations and service. The only thing I didn't like was how pricey it is compared to Starbucks. Would have thought it would be cheaper than Starbucks. Outside of that, an awesome place.

The girl at the drive thru was very friendly. (I went to the Bigby in Gaylord, right off the highway.)I loved that she gave me the leftover dri k that didn't fit in the new cup, and it was delicious!Only reason I'm giving it a 4 is that she forgot to pull the paper out of my $20+ cup that for some reason doesn't do diddly squat. I'm pretty sure ice lasts longer in a few open glasses I have at home. It's the cup really that has me upset.
