Always a great Biggby. Good coffee, friendly staff. Never had a bad one here in any road trip Up North!
I really wanted to enjoy this stop because the food was great once it was remade. Unfortunately, the customer service overshadowed the quality of the food.
I spoke slowly and clearly when placing our order, but both a drink and a sandwich were made incorrectly and had to be remade. When we politely pointed out the mistakes, the staff responded with an annoyed tone and came across as rude.
