The girl at the drive thru was very friendly. (I went to the Bigby in Gaylord, right off the highway.)I loved that she gave me the leftover dri k that didn't fit in the new cup, and it was delicious!Only reason I'm giving it a 4 is that she forgot to pull the paper out of my $20+ cup that for some reason doesn't do diddly squat. I'm pretty sure ice lasts longer in a few open glasses I have at home. It's the cup really that has me upset.

I have lived in Gaylord for 4 and a half years now, and today was my first time to visit. As soon as I walked through your front door, Biggby, I felt the chillaxin' vibe of your coffee shop and feel in love. ?The lady who waited on me was patient and kind. My Spotted Owl hot coffee was delicious. I will return.All I ask of you is to mark the price on your sweatshirts.

It's so tacky to straight up ask customers for tips, let alone asking for one when the cups you hand out have product running down the side. Maybe a little less focus on virtue signaling with the hair and apparel and more focus on doing the job and maybe earning your tip instead of acting entitled to one.
It's 903p on 12/28 and I did not catch the baristas na.e but he was pleasant and kind and glad we made it from Makinaw on time. Dirty Chai is lovely.
