Stopped here on our way home from Copper Harbor. The service was just ok. For having 5 people working, I had to wait almost 45 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 bagels. The bagels were a bit rubbery and tasted a little stale.
I really wanted to enjoy this stop because the food was great once it was remade. Unfortunately, the customer service overshadowed the quality of the food.

Ive never been to a Biggby and I must say the staff here were absolutely wonderful people...very kind and went above and beyond. I'm not really a coffee person. I am very much a iced drink that tastes like candy person. Ice caramel lattes are my thing. I ordered a large iced caramel latte and when I got it ... I realized that Biggby's lattes still tast very strong like coffee. I wasn't mad. I wasn't even disappointed however I knew I wasn't going to drink...
