Ive never been to a Biggby and I must say the staff here were absolutely wonderful people...very kind and went above and beyond. I'm not really a coffee person. I am very much a iced drink that tastes like candy person. Ice caramel lattes are my thing. I ordered a large iced caramel latte and when I got it ... I realized that Biggby's lattes still tast very strong like coffee. I wasn't mad. I wasn't even disappointed however I knew I wasn't going to drink...
Traci and her team are amazing!! Always ready to help someone and they are all so friendly. Truly grateful for people that genuinely care. It's hard to find that in people now a days. Thanks for great service and yummy drinks. We'll be back soon!!!

I spoke slowly and clearly when placing our order, but both a drink and a sandwich were made incorrectly and had to be remade. When we politely pointed out the mistakes, the staff responded with an annoyed tone and came across as rude. Regardless of how busy a business is, customers shouldn’t feel...
