“I come here a few times a month on average. The staff are always kind, but it's typically pretty hectic when they are rushing to fill online orders as well as a full drive-thru. It can be slow sometimes, but the drinks are always made well.“
“Very cute place! If I lived closer I would go there all the time. The inside is so cosy with puzzle mat flooring, bean bags, couches and tables. It was a perfect place to stop on our road trip and let our baby play. The drinks were great too!Kid-friendliness: Felt very welcoming for kids. The place is decorated with kids art.“
“The girl at the drive thru was very friendly. (I went to the Bigby in Gaylord, right off the highway.)I loved that she gave me the leftover dri k that didn't fit in the new cup, and it was delicious!Only reason I'm giving it a 4 is that she forgot to pull the paper out of my $20+ cup that for some reason doesn't do diddly squat. I'm pretty sure ice lasts longer in a few open glasses I have at home. It's the cup really that has me upset.“
“This is our best donut find, so far, for Northern Michigan. Unlike Tim's around the corner, they use a good amount of filling on their lunch sticks and eclairs. They have a pretty decent variety of doughnuts in addition to other guilty pleasures like breads and cookies. Buy everything fresh made today or off the day-old rack. You can also fill out an order form and return another time. The prices are in line and the people are friendly. The shoppe isn't very big but I've never seen a large crowd. It's a must stop when we're down here. 01/24“
