It’s not a large restaurant so they don’t need much. Ease is time dependent and highly subjective.Wheelchair accessibility: No. Handicap parking is near ish, but is parallel so not van friendly unless you can go straight toCurb on right side. If you can that’s passable. The restaurant is up a small flight of stairs and the walkways aren’t maneuverable in a chair.“
“We love this place so much!! Glad you offer your delicious products for shipping since you’re about 3 hours too far for a casual shopping trip. That Chardonnay maple mustard is my favorite! It’s delish on sandwiches (especially grilled cheese with Swiss & cheddar) and with charcuterie plates.“
“At the risk of outting myself for being naughty and eating fast food, I feel obliged to give this establishment 5 stars for outstanding customer service, akin to a non fast food restaurant. Visiting Charlevoix on business in October, all of the local restaurants downtown were closed- some due to staffing shortages- we ended up at McDonalds with a surprisingly great experience. We sat at a table that appeared clean, but a staff member quickly jumped over to sanitize our table AND dried it. Instead of calling our order number and retrieving food at the counter, a staff member brought our food to our table (with a number card to associate our order with our table), AND asked if we needed anything else. THEN, the manager stopped over to recheck on us, above and beyond. The dining room was clean, and the views pretty darn pleasant. Kudos to the staff members, managers, and owner.“
